We are accepting applications for the 2021-2022 school year.

Currently enrolled students must have all accounts up to date to be admitted for the following year. For new students, the signed acceptance letter and the non-refundable materials and activities fee must be submitted within two weeks of notification of acceptance or the student may forfeit their spot for the upcoming year.

All students must submit proof of current immunization prior to the first day of attendance. A student who has received at least one dose of each required vaccine and is currently on schedule for subsequent immunizations may be conditionally enrolled.

New Student Assessments
New student assessments take place in August of each year. Assessments vary by grade and assist teachers in identifying holes in each student’s academic knowledge. Assessments are not a consideration factor for admission.

New Students Provisional Period
All new students are admitted on a 30 day provisional enrollment period beginning the first day they attend class. In the case of exceptionally poor performance or behavior, the administration will hold a parental conference before the end of the provisional period to determine whether the student will be allowed to continue at the school, and if so, under what conditions.

New and continuing students may be dismissed for failure to comply with attendance, academic, and financial requirements or if the student or parent fails to abide by established standards of conduct, as outlined in the family handbook.

Transfer and Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing by August 1st. After this date, families facing unexpected financial hardship or other extenuating circumstances may petition the school board for special consideration or accommodation. Withdrawal from Nahunta Hall is finalized once all books and materials (including library books) are returned, any required paperwork is completed and all outstanding balances are paid. Upon finalization of withdrawal, school records (transcripts and grade reports) will be sent to the student’s new school.
